Culture & Climate Assessment

We’ll start by assessing your organization’s existing practices and attitudes about diversity, inclusion, equity and justice to establish a baseline for where you’re starting from. This includes both qualitative and quantitative data.

Data Analysis

We’ll examine trends in the data to identify potential barriers and trends in hires, terminations, and promotions.  This may lead us to dig deeper and examine internal policies and procedures to get to the root cause of gaps. 

Report & Recommendations

The audit ends with a findings presentation and facilitated discussion, accompanied by a detailed written report and recommendations for next steps.
